Mgr. Jarolím Antal Ph.D.jarolim.antal(at)

Mr. Antal holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Political Science from UCM University in Trnava, Slovakia. During his studies, he spent one year at the Institute for Intercultural and International Studies, University of Bremen. In 2010, he took part in the International Parliamentary Scholarship Program where he worked as a Fellow of the German Parliament for five months in Berlin in the Office of MP Frank Schäffler.

From 2010 to 2011 and later in 2013, Mr. Antal was a Research Fellow for the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics, Prague, where he helped with the faculty’s Research Plan called “Governance in Context of Globalized Economy and Society.” Concurrent with his work in the International Relation’s Faculty, Mr. Antal also worked as a Project Manager at the Center for European Studies at the same university. In 2012 he was a visiting fellow at the Center for Transatlantic Relations, SAIS, John Hopkins University in Washington DC.

Bára graduated in International Trade at the Faculty of International Relations, VŠE, and in History at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. During her master´s studies, she had spent one semester at Handelshochschule Leipzig. Currently, she studies doctoral program European studies at the Faculty of International Relations. She participates in an internal faculty grant Governance – New Approach Regarding Financial and Debt Crisis. In her research she focuses on differentiated integration of the EU and British position in the process. She is also involved in teaching a bachelor course World Economy. Cuncurent to her work at VŠE, she leads a project aiming at collecting relevant documents about Czech foreign policy and she also coordinates research projects Think Visegrad and Czech Foreign Policy and Post-Western World Order.

She has joined CES at the beginning of 2015. She helps with seminars and conferences organizations and she is trying to help to promote CES activities among public and to awake Facebook pages.Anna Zbirovská is a student of a BA program International Business at the Faculty of International Relations VŠE. She joined the CES at the beginning of 2014. She is engaged in research and preparations of conferences and debates. She helped out with “Telecommunications Single Market in the European union” (CEBRE) seminar or with series of workshops called „The European Social Model: How has the crisis changed the social welfare in Europe“.

Šarka studies Business and Law, at Faculty of International Relations, VŠE. She joined CES at the beginning of her second semester, in spring 2015. So far, she was involved in organizing the last European Day. At CES she is in charge of research support. In her free time, she participates in Commission of Sustainable development in Prague-Libuš district activities. She is also a member of Transparency International Student Club.
